Position Title: Cisco ICM/IPCC Engineer Location: Bethesda, MD CISCO ICM/IPCC Scripting Experience CISCO Translation Routing CTI/CTIOS Experience Admin Workstation Web View CISCO Network Interface Controller (NIC) ACD/PBX Peripheral Gateway configuration experience: (List WaMu specific) Cisco Call Manager configuration and troubleshooting experience IVR Peripheral Gateway configuration experience: (InterVoice and Periphonics are WaMu specific) Minimum of 3 years experience with Cisco Scripting and Peripheral Gateway interaction If interested in applying for this postion, please forward me your updated resume along with with salary requirements.
