Anyone own one of these yet ?

The one I picked up seems to have a problem with any bright object, eg :
bright street lights in say a night scene. In movie mode or stills they
show in the LCD display with vertical purple line more or less the width
of the source dissecting the light from top to bottom of the screen. It is
only in movie mode that these artefacts are recorded , take a still of the
scene the purple lines are missing.


anyone out there seen problems with the A640 ?
