Local Settings \ Temp folder

xp pro

Can all the many folders (as well as the fileswithin them) be safely
deleted from documents&settings\myname\local settings\temp?

Are some folders like Temporary internet Files get re-created by
windows as needed ?

Yes.

Start|run|%temp%|Enter

Delete the contents of the folder.

Norton AntiVirus 2005 created an install log of 3.54MB(!)

Guess which AV software gets uninstalled tomorrow ?
