Default Upgrading to W2003 and 70-240

I passed the NT4=>W2K upgrade exam 70-240 which covers
the 70-210 W2Kprof exam.
Q: will this free me from taking the core client part of
W2003 exams?

If you are a Windows 2000 MCSE then you only need to take the two upgrade
exams, 70-292 and 70-296.
