Just reinstalled Windows XP and had a SP 2 CD from Microsoft, but since it
was an older version of XP, there was still a ton of updates that took
forever. I couldn't find where I could order a fairly new CD of updates; I
got one a couple years ago that really help speed up the update process.
??

Make your own. Use the administrator option at the Windows update web site,
copy the files to your local PC, burn to disc.

When I was a child, I remember my Mom telling me, "Son, when you grow
up, you can marry any girl you please." When I became a young man, I
learned the sad fact was that I could not please any of them.
