i just bought a new Zoostorm Gaming PC..but when i go to boot up....A Disk
Read Error Occoured message keeps coming up and wont proceed any
further..does anyone know whats wrong?????

By disc read error do you mean the hard drive or the cd? If the hard drive
is giving an error return the PC if it is new.

A relatively common occurrance in shipped PC's is that the floppy drive
power cord or IDE become loose. Make sure these are securely plugged along
with the Hard drive and Motherboard. This if you would like to try some
things first before returning.

Hope he/she doesn't void the warranty by opening the case.
