New Exam Question Types and Testlet Exam Format to Be Introduced

I just wondered: Are the new exams introduced yet? My latest exam was 70-229
and that one had the old fashion multiple choise style. Will MS change the
old exams (70-215, 70-270) or will they just make the new ones (70-290,
70-291) in the new style
