Upgrading same as Migrating?

I have an MCSE training kit book entitled "Upgrading to
Windows 2000" that I am using for the 70-222 test. I have
seen another book that is "Migrating from NT 4.0 to
Windows 2000," which is labeled as training for 70-222. Is
this the same book, or would I need to purchase this as well
to take the test?
