it really depends on what route you want to take.
if you have concerns about A+ you really need a bit more experience, whether that be home lab or whatever. Also for security you really need a good grounding in most of the concepts of networking etc. So unless you have a brain like a planet this might take you a little longer than you think. get a hold of an N+ book and have a look at the info in that. as for cisco or ms that really depends on what area you want to specialise in.
