Hello,

My site, http://www.DebtResolutionExperts.com, was banned by Google. Being
my own (amateur) webmaster, I believe that I had too many keywords and not
enough text explaining the programs that I was offering.

I've altered my site so that Google can't consider anything on it to
constitute spamming.

Does anyone have Google's e-mail addy to which I should direct my request to
be unbanned?

Further, how long does it usually take for a site to be unbanned?

Lastly, my site lacks meta-tags. When I used WebSpawner.com for a different
business, the Google-bot visited almost daily at about 2 am Eastern (North
America). Some of the meta-tags that WebSpawner.com automatically provided
were, for instance,

site and then post exactly what my meta-tags should be so that the bot will
visit it on a frequent basis, assuming that I'm unbanned.

...probably because of the huge block of text at the top of every page,
that is identical on all pages. Looks spammy to me. And that's not
considering that anyone reading it would be annoyed.

The site also looks like just about every other site about debt that I
see referenced in spam email.

Google loves:
1. pages without errors
<http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//www.debtresolutionexperts.com/Page1.html>
2. correct markup including properly used <h1>, <h2> elements
3. inbound links from other well-indexed similar sites
4. strong keywords, used *in the content*

Google hates:
1. repetitive text
2. nested tables
3. ..

Users hate:
1. miniscule font sizes. 7pt is nearly unreadable
but in order to do it correctly, you would have to rewrite the whole
thing. Look up CSS for starters.

Oh jeez. I completely missed that (the line doesn't wrap in his source).

Yep. Google does not like that at all. This example is one of the prime
reasons search engines no longer pay any attention to the "keyword" meta
element.

Google wrote to you to tell you that your site is 'banned'? If so, there
may be a contact address somewhere in that message. If they didn't write
to you, how do you know they've 'banned' your site?

Google seem to be pretty open about how their search engine works
