I have lots of executable files - mostly freeware - and I would like to add
to the tag when I hover my mouse over the exe file what the program does.
How do I do that? I have clicked on the properties of the file and added a
comment but nothing shows up after clicking apply and the tag bubble does
not include my comment. I am using Windows Media Center XP SP2.

years ago I thought there was a program to make this happen

saw it at the freeware group
