I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement with my company
stating that I would not reveal how much I earn. I think
that's true of most companies. A lot of people think they
should be making the same as the person sitting next to
them doing the same job. In reality the person sitting
next to them may have been better at negotiating their
salary when they were hired. We also don't know what
plans the company may have in mind for the next person.
