Is it my imagination or is Virgin broadband (UK) doing strange things.
Sometimes when I connect to websites, they seem to take 30+ seconds to
load, but try again at a different time and it is the usual 1-2 seconds.
This happens for a number of websites, some of which are mostly text
and minimal graphics.

Has anyone else experienced this?
