I do not have any experiance in work in some of our IT
companies and that's the main problem ( I'm 23years old ).But when will I find people who are ready to risk and offer me a job? And years from my certification are passing. >-----Original Message----- >do you have any experience? > > >"kabilja" <> wrote in message >news:0fe701c34558$f5d3e890$... >> I'm certified from June 2002 as MCSE and MCDBA, but here >> in Serbia (i hope someone of You know where it is >> there is a very difficult to find job because we are >> still in samo kind of transition period and unemployment >> is a normal thing. >> I want to heare from You my certified partners, what kind >> of situation is in yours country when we talk about jobs >> after getting certified. >> >> Greetings from Belgrade,Serbia > > >. > |

with no experience, you are not likely to get anything, as there are tons of
people with plenty of experience out of work. your best bet is to pick up some experience by doing volunteer work or something "kabilja" <> wrote in message news:88a401c3455d$04afc8d0$... > I do not have any experiance in work in some of our IT > companies and that's the main problem ( I'm 23years > old ).But when will I find people who are ready to risk > and offer me a job? The fact that they were forcing us to get our MCSEs in order to keep our jobs was one of the final straws for me before I left MS (attempted to escape the collective, as it were). |

Did you work for Microsoft or did you work for Volt,
their IT/IS contractor? Policies may have changed since then. A few years ago they required everyone to get the NT4 before working there. Recently I interviewed and the MCSE 2K was not a requirement. They can weed out folks in the interviews...unless you are right out of college with little experience. >-----Original Message----- >"Check out India and Iraq" <> wrote >> NOTE: MICROSOFT NO LONGER REQUIRES THEIR PSS, MSCS, AND >> ROSS ENGINEERS TO HAVE CURRENT MCSEs. >No kidding? I remember those days....
I also remember the days where the CNE was the premier cert... Hmmm...to have what I am working on have value.... Well, China should have 1.5MM new MCSEs available to replace us lazy American MCSEs at pennies on the dollar. Just think how great it will be for the consumer when the MCSE's yearly salary is less than the cost of a new brand- name PC.... I think I may take up construction... >I was working there before there were MCSEs. Then one year it was stuck on >our review sheets that we all had to get certified (on our own time). The >MCSE thing was more of a marketing ploy than a value- added service: "All our >technicians are MCSE certified", bah! Although having an MCSE really had >value then, half of our callers didn't even know what it meant. |
