Hi,
how to slowdown the selected process running in the windows system
using vc++ language, what i want is to select a process from a custom
made listbox and set a time in milisecond and expect that the selected
exe / process will slowdown by that time interval.

You aren't asking the right people here. Your question is all about the
Windows OS and if an answer exists it will involve using the Windows
API. Standard C++ has no way of doing what you want. You have already
had one response pointing you at this link. Did you not see it?
