Resources for 70-300

My next exam is 70-300...
Is the MS press book helpfull?
I have an eletronic version that came with the VS, but i did not not want to
waste my time if it is useless.

Any other tip for study resources? Books?

I'm a very loyal MSPress customer, but I will have to say that the MSPress
for this exam is a bit useless. It is EXtemely good for real world
applications, but for the exam, you will definitely need the Exam Cram book.
I read both and passed....

I agree. I even attended the official course for 70-300 and, as Joseph said,
it was very useful profesionally but totally useless for the exam.
