How are the scores calculated in the Exams? Is it
percentage, ie 25 correct answers of 50 will give you
500? And what score is required to pass a exam?

Hi Dennis,

Microsoft does not reveal the method used for score calculation. It's
being said that each question have different weightage based on the
complexity

The minumum score to pass the exam is 700.

It does not quite work that way. The exams are adaptive, in other words,
tough questions carry more marks and easy questions carry less.

In 70-305, your pass marks are 700. And since you won't know the
distribution of marks, it is not straightforward to calculate the number of
questions you need to get right.
