Whats the value MCSD Certification hold in Job Market ?

Hi Bharat,

More than the certificiation your experinece with the technologies will
have more value. Nowdays companies are not just looking for people with
certification but also with experience.

MCSD is a must for senior Programmers / Analysts / Project Leads etc.
Junior programmers with MCSD are not given that much respect as senior
Programmers. The reason is that people still think that MCSD is only
for experienced people.

Having a cert alone will not move your resume to anywhere. M$ cert is an
add-on component, similar to the c1 component or DevExpress component. They
are good stuff, but You need to have VS.net

VS.net = degree / years exp in the field
