Outlook Express error
Hi: HELP....been trying to fix this for hours. Whenever I try to open
Outlook Express I get an error "MSOE.DLL could not be loaded". Tried reinstalling ME but no go. Didn't have a problem before, just suddenly. HELP HELP HELP -- Robin =?Utf-8?B?Um9iaW4=?= |

Hi Robin,
You've ended up in the wrong newsgroup - this one's for questions and answers about Microsoft certification exams. Try going to http://groups.google.com/advanced_search and putting "MSOE.DLL could not be loaded" in the search box and setting the start date to 2003 so you'll get answers that match your current OS.
