70-306

Hi,

how long is the 70-306 exam and how many questions is it?
Also, I've got a number of practise exams I've got with
books. Can anyone comment on whether the question are
like the practise exams that come with the official
Microsoft books, or like the LearnKey MasterExams. The
LearnKey questions seem a lot shorter in length and a lot
easier to understand.

The number of questions vary between 55 and 60, at for 315 and 306. The questions on th practice test from the MS MCAD/MCSD Books are almost exactly the same as the questions on the real tests. If you take the practice exams frequently enough you can go in and finish the real one in approx. 45 mins.

I thought the exam questions were harder than the MS
Press questions. The questions in the MS Press book are
about the same length. Really know ADO.NET inside and
out.

well.. one can not generalize the toughness of questions.. you may get
harder questions than MS press or Amit Kalani books. Coz I was one of those
who got tougher questions in the actual exam... its just ur luck..Security
and ADO.NET are two topics to you need give a second look..

Your right you cannot generalize the toughness of the
questions. You properly stated what I was trying to
express. To add to your message, I would also look at
deployment topics, as most people don't deploy large Apps
everyday. I would practice deploying an app before
taking the exam.

i have just cleared the exam 70-306 on 2nd feb 2004

it has 57 questions and 2and half hr for eng speaking
countries and 3 hr for non speaking coutries

u should prepare wt downloads and practice exam comes wt
ur sefl prep kit , i must tell u that u should be
prepayer for the ADO.NET and SECURITY .
