well i wanna be a game devolper i have a good exp in
c/c++ and 1 year exp in vc++ and 6 months of exp in opengl
and directx programming in vc n in c++ ..so tell me did
mcsd.netC# do the same task ? i mean programming games and
websites

second i am totally new for this .net stuff did the ecam
70-315, Exam 70-316, Exam 70-320, Exam 70-300, Exam 70-229
is right choice for me ?

thrid, what was the last date of .net cert ? i heard its
june 2005 is that ture

well game programming doesn't have any direct link with doing mcsd
and i still think that most of the directX api's are still win32 (okay could
have changed... though i am the last person to look into directX and related
issues)
c# can to an extent do a similar thing. on the whole .net is more inclined
towards managed execution (though you can still do unmanaged as well) and i
would be kinda sceptical bout game performance (depends on the game too) ...
i would leave for others to give their opinion.
.. yes it can be used to web / windows application development
you combination does look alright.
not aware of any last date for the above exams... keep yourself updated on
microsoft.com's traincert area cause they do announce discontinuation of
exams are june.
