Num of MCSD.net

Has anyone got an idea of the numbers who have completed
MCSD.net so far? Where can certification stats be viewed?
I need the info to justify "cost of ownership" issues in
the context of LAMP vs MS .net. My arguement is that there
is a better volume, and better standard of critique in
resource from the MS stable, whereas Linux, Apache, MySQL
& PHP runs the risks of single point of failure on
resources and lack of quality resource.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
