preparing for 70-016 :Guidlines?

Can any one send me some guidlines for me and also my
doubt is that the MS Site is saying that the exam will be
discontinued in june 2004 and is it good for me to write
the exam that is i am having doubt that this
certification is valid after that(june 2004) or not.
can we use the certification to get a job or not .what is
your suggestion for me i am in pre final year student
help me please?????
