Will the exam 70-016 still be valuable after next june?

I'm thinking about passing the Test 70-016 but i dont
know if i should really do it due to the fact that it
will be discontinued next June.

Will it still worth something after it or is there like a
date on the paper like (Discontinued after June 2004)???

And btw does microsoft send you a paper and if they do
how much time does it take?
