Why is help control ActiveX does not work

I have MSDN installed on my system and I think due to
installation of some other software, I have my
hhctrl.ocx, which is quiet essential, being corrupted or
the registration information overwritten. I have tried to

a. reinstall MSDN
b. register hhctrl.ocx using regsvr32

but still does not work. Any solutions...
