It'll deal with your Tiffs and JPEGs as Tiffs and JPEGs, but it will not
recognize the RawShooter tweaks you've made to your RAW files when it looks
at your RAW files.

(If I've got this right, which I'm pretty sure I have. I haven't tried using
LightRoom on Tiffs and JPEGs, since, IMHO, it's just a RAW converter.)

If that's true, then there's really no reason to switch to it - I'll
just stick with my old RS and PS Elements.
