Hello,
Is there any way to control bandwidth per IP basis, traffic
passing through a Cisco 3620 router with Version 12.2(12), RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc1).

Suppose, Router is at xx.xx.xx.1 and user IPs
starting from xx.xx.xx.2 to xx.xx.xx.8(these have .1 as gateway). Now,
can it be possible to assign separate bandwidth like 128Kbps, 256Kbps
etc. etc. to these user IPs according to need, in the router using
access-list etc. !!!

Hope to get some responses.

Thanks in advances.

Regards
Baruah

Try using Commited Access Rate [1] or Generic Traffic Shape [2].
