D70s is a minor update to the D70 so in effect it's a year or so older
than the D50.

LOL, do you thing that their source only makes one 6Mp sensor of that size?

I enjoyed the above label thread; however this is the wrong forum for
such a discussion. This is the forum for Long Zoom EVF cameras.

The reason it times out is that it burns through the power supply when
remote control is left on. I wish the D70 had an option to do it
anyway, or to set a longer timeout. A firmware update should do this
just fine.
