Is anyone using the Cisco IPIPGW in a Video Conferencing environment?

I'm particularly interested in its feature set, compared to the Cisco IOS
MCM Proxy. Is it possible to use the IPIPGW (and via-zone gatekeeper
combination) to pass video calls legs between H.323 endpoints in two
different local zones?

Cheers,

Matt
