When choosing the noise removal tools, what are the most important
features/factors I should look for?

Please hold your specific comments on your (in)favorite ones for the
moment (I know, NeatImage, NoiseNinja, Noiseware, etc are all pretty
good). Just focus on the features.

Easy to use.
Easy to pick area to sample noise from.
Light weight & small install.
