Hi I have the hp psc photosmart all in one printer and every time I start my computer after it is done booting up the windows installer
pops up and configures the system and copies some files that it needs
it shows that it is 96% installed and it goes though this even when I connect to the internet or if I install different solfware I have had allot
of problems with this unit. what do I need to do to fix this? here is some info about the other problem that I had and it still the same please help thanks [[pat]]

I have two of those printers, and the only problem I have is that they
tend to require a reboot to reset them when they have to be turned off
to clear a paper jam.

You might try uninstalling the printer and installing it with firewall
and AV software disabled for the install. Sometimes this helps.
