Vivicam 10 and 20 HELP!

Hey y'all,
I have a Vivicam 20 and the original driver was V1.90H-XP. I have a
scratched cd now, so I downloaded from the Vivitar site, but it keeps
saying "invalid page fault in kernel 386.exe. When I try to open it.
What do I do? Am I installing it wrong?
