seeking help for canon powershot a310 sdk

I am working on a project that requires to deal with the Powershot
A310 SDK. However, here in Hong Kong, Canon does not distribute the
SDK to the developers. Is there anyway to obtain a copy from
somewhere, from someone? It is very very important to me.
