Yeah, that's where they should go is to the Deleted Items folder, giving
you one last chance to recover a deleted email.
If you delete the email from the Deleted Item folder, then it's deleted
permanently from the computer.
Your best solution is a email filtering program and use it to
filter/delete emails right at the ISP's POP3 server. You filter/delete
them there and they never reach your computer where OE and PC-Cillan
have to deal with it.
