IP address change

Does anyone know if its possible to change a Swiss IP address to a British
IP address in order to listen to my local radio station Wish FM. Have been
listening now for over 1 year and suddenly they have changed the rules
banning anyone living abroad from listening in. Any help realy appreciated.

you can't do that, just get a complaint to the public as that is
descrimination to Swiss people
