I downloaded and installed the latest Windows XP security updates,and
everything is running slower.

I checked that the Windows firewall was turned off so it would not conflict
with zone alarm.

Anti virus always up to date.

Anyone else having problems?

I don't notice anything on my XP machine. Maybe check Defrag and
Error-checking and see if anything shows up.
