anyone know how to make VCDs and SVCDs into one DVD?

You have to re-encode the VCD video (mpeg-1) in to the DVD-compliant mpeg-2
format to burn to DVD.
SVCD is mpeg 2 format already.
You can extract the video files from the discs by using ISObuster from
http://www.smart-projects.net/isobuster/
Its really a disc recovery program,but can be used to extract video files
from the disc.Once you do that you can use TMPGenc Plus to re-encode the
files you extracted so that they are DVD compliant.
