How easy is it to directly connect two PCs together via their LAN ports?
Some simple instructions needed please!

One using XP Pro, the other using XP Home

Trivially easy. Use a cross over cable, and run the Network Connection
Wizard on both machines.

do a google search referencing "crossover cable".
