I've got a Dell Dimension 4400 with a 1.6Mhz that I'd like to upgrade
to between like 2.5 and 3.0. How do I find out if I can do this; do I
need a new motherboard and other hardware? I've gone to the Dell
website but they don't offer any help in upgrading the processor.
Would it be easier to just buy a new computer or can this be done
relatively simple? Thanks for any help.

You can upgrade your Processor up to 2.4 Ghz on your Dell 4400.
Check DELL web site.
