Comp. keeps shutting/restarting itself

I have the virus where i keep getting the LSASS warning and I get the
counter that counts down to zero and the computer shuts itself off then
restarts. I fixed it a while ago but forgot what I did. Can I please
get some help? Also how do I shut off the automatic updates? Thanks...
