Can someone identify this movie?

an
Independent film released in the last few years about a guy that was
committed of a murder and released on a technicality, but he is
haunted by folks who believe he did commit the crime, so he films
every instance of his life, including multiple cameras at home and a
mobile head mount recorder he wears when he leaves the house. He
catalogues all these tapes in his house, which is every second of his
life, but when he is accused of another murder he cannot find the tape
that coincides with the time the murder took place.

Sounds vaguely like: "Gone With the Wind"..... Didn't Clark Gable wear that
head mounted camera........
