I signed-up for a 3-out plan with Blockbuster Online and I can rent 3
DVDs at a time. To get the 4th one, I need to return one of the 3 DVDs
I rented earlier. The coolest thing I really like is that I just
exchange the DVDs at my local store instead of shipping it, which saves
me lot of time and I also get a free rental when I do that. So far I am
happy with the service. My friend told me that this 1 month free offer
is expiring soon. If anybody wish to try this, here is the

Either Netflix or your friendly neighborhood video store is

your credit card gets billed for $75. They are simply crooks.

The OP posted the same "commercial" for Blockbuster on several
newsgroups. CLEARLY, they are an employee of the company trying to
sucker in newsgroup users pretending to be just a nice customer who is
so delighted with Blockbuster they HAD to tell everyone.

(I guess they take us for idiots)


That said, there are no Blockbuster stores in my area at all. So,
Blockbuster online can offer me as many coupons or deals to visit a
store as they like and it means nothing to me. Of course, I don't get a
discount on membership because I can't use all the in-store bonuses!

come on, all these "I can't believe Blockbuster online" are employees.
the worst was the idiot trying to tell me "I talked to five people at
my work and they all said they have no problems with BB." Yeah, when
your work IS blockbuster, of course they're goign to say that.

1) You don't call to cancel... you do it online

2) The only way you'd be billed for $75 would be if you hadn't returned your
DVDs.

Ol' "Allen" seems to have mastered the pesky problem of time travel and
is certainly worth doing an imdb search about just to get an idea of how
