Making a Music DVD compilation from my DVD's

Just got a DVD dual layer burner on my new laptop. I understand I will
need more software to allow me to copy my music on to a compilation of
various artists on one disc.

I want to encode the surround sound as well with each track or
segement. Anyone want to mention a program that is easy for this. I
hear Slysoft.com is good. Thanx !
