Default Ping: Doug MacLean Re: DVDList

Hey, Doug. What version of Excel are you using?

After I get your list, I always add a "B" column of "Do I Own It?"
so I can tag my library, and I always "freeze" the column title row so
that scrolling the list does not scroll the column titles.

You place the cursor at the row just below the titles, and select
from the menu "window" and then "freeze panes". From that point on,
any scrolling of the database keeps the titles in view.

Works vertically as well.

Nice list. I wish there was a separate list for JUST FILMS though.

That ALL DVD titles thing is a pain to wade through. I thought it
was rough back in the 30k title Laser Disc days. Boy, was I wrong.

Good job anyway though.

I am considering adding a flag for film, television, album etc but haven't
gotten a chance yet. I usually use Office XP's Excel for the exports. Thanks
for your comments.
