http://java.sun.com/products/jsp/resources.html
http://www.novocode.com/doc/servlet-essentials/
http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/library/j-struts/

Note though that Servlets and JSP's are just a part of J2EE. I suggest
you get yourself a copy of JBoss. There are tons of tutorials out there

http://www.google.com/search?q=jboss+tutorial

Regards

A good place to start.

That is a huge subject, and there are many many (many) books on it. You
will not get anyone to explain it all in a newsgroup. Check the book
reviews on Amazon and choose one that has good reviews Personally, I
like "Profession Java Server Programming" from Wrox press.

Core java is enough to work in the industry, but may not be enough to
rise within it. Most job you will find will want specialists in one
area or another. You don't HAVE to to learn J2EE, there is plenty of
work in client side Java, micro Java, set-top-box Java, smart card Java
etc etc, but it probably fair to say that J2EE is one of the most
'in-demand' skills in the industry currently.
