Looking for an existing Active Directory Profile Provider

Hello all,
I'm looking for an existing implementation of an Active Directory Profile
Provider. It could be using proprietary schema extension for storing data or
an existing attribute (info for example) with a hand made persistance
format, such as the one used in the default SqlProfileProvider.
