PIX506 DNS SMTP

I want to replace a Linux-based firewall with a PIX506E.
The problem is that the Linux machine is a DNS server and a smart host.
The software version is 6.3.
The ip address of the internal interface of the PIX is 172.17.1.250.
So I want traffic like this 172.17.x.x/1100-> 172.17.1.250/53 forward
to the DNS server of the ISP let's say 199.199.199.199. This way the
traffic leaving the PIX should look like this:
200.200.200.200/1100->199.199.199.199/53 where 200.200.200.200 is the
external ip address of the PIX. And I want to do the same with SMTP
traffic to send it to the ISP's smart host.
Is it possible to do that?

Thank you in advance.
Jozsef

Could you give me the exact syntax for DNS ?
172.17.x.x/1100->172.17.1.250/53 =>
200.200.200.200/1100->199.199.199.199/53
