Can't upgrade AP350

Existing AP already IOS - Want to upgrade to latest release sinceit supports
multimedia and I have a media adapteron the network... Anyway, using http,
try to go to
system software
browse
(file.tar)
upgrade

AT EXACTLY 30 SECONDS INTO UPGRADE,
AP produces error msg, Upgrade has been interrupted....

Any Ideas???
