I receive Windows IT Pro and Redmond Magazines. I have always noticed the
numerous conferences that are marketed in these magazines, it almost seems like six or more a year. These are the same instructors for both conferences most of the time, one conference this week the other next week at the same location most of the time. They make their way from the E to W, almost reminds me of the traveling circus, but I want to be open minded. Has anyone every attended, if you have. What did you learn? Did you pay for your attendance or was it sponsored maybe by an employer. If you have over 8 years as an IT professional, I will like to know was it worth the money, could you have gain these tips and tricks in the lab. I'm very interested in hearing from some of you folks that have forked over the cash yourself with no company reimbursement, maybe you are self employed or a contractor, was it a wise investment? Did you see an ROI? Dreday |
