Default Network Diagnostic Tool In Internet Explorer 7 on Windows Xp Sp2

Hi
I am having trouble using this tool when my wireless connection gets into
trouble and i need to diagnose the problem. When i try to use this tool it
comes up with a dialogue box which says 'there are problems with the windows
xp diagnostic tool', 'please send error report to microsoft'. I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling the tool but this has not solved the problem.
Also tried the new 'guided help' tool but this also failed.
Any help on this subject would be most appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
I am not sure that the diagnostic tool would help in case of Wireless
trouble.
It is a very good tool to diagnose core Network troubles. However Wireless
Network troubles many times stem from the Wireless aspects of the devices
and not from the core Network settings.
You need to describe the type of trouble that you have.
In general.
